Can I bring my bike to the venue?

What are the rules relating to dogs?
Can I smoke at your venues?
Smoking is not allowed by any of our customers at any of our sports venues, or anywhere on our premises.
What are the rules relating to food and drink?
Only food and refreshments purchased from our cafes can be consumed on the premises, except for baby food. You are welcome to use our benches and tables outside but ask that you dispose of any rubbish and leave the table clean afterwards.
Do you require players and spectators to adhere to a code of conduct?
Yes. We provide a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. If you have any concerns during your visit, please bring this to a staff member’s attention immediately. People not playing sports should respect players by minimising any noise they are making and must not distract the players. All players and visitors must adhere to our Customer Conduct Policy.
Do I need to wear a t-shirt whilst on court or playing any sport?
Yes. T-shirts must be worn at all times.
Can I bring my own coach to the venue?
No. Only coaches who have a current Park Sports Coaching Agreement can coach at our venues. If you are found to be having a private lesson with a non-authorised coach, your coach will be asked to immediately leave the venue.
Can I use a ball machine on court?
Use of tennis ball machines is only allowed at senior management’s discretion.
Can I set up a netball or football league at one of your venues?
We have exclusive commercial partnerships in place with Powerleague and Top Bins. If you are found to be running a league without prior permission your court or pitch bookings will be immediately cancelled.
What is your policy regarding known medical conditions or injuries on our premises?
If you suffer an injury on our premises, it is your responsibility to report it to a member of staff immediately. We will not accept liability for any injuries incurred during play or visiting our sports hubs.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant medical condition or disability when making your booking. Players must also notify us of any change or deterioration of any such medical condition or disability. We will keep this information confidential and handle such issues with discretion.
It is our policy to include all individuals within the scheduled programmes wherever possible, but we reserve the right to refuse the booking if we are unable to accommodate the requirements of any individual.
