Park Sports’ contract with The Royal Parks ended on 31 January 2026.

Due to the transition to the new The Royal Parks booking system, Park Sports credits cannot be carried over or used after the 31 January 2026.

If you have any questions about your account or refund eligibility for unused credit, please complete the refunds form, for us to arrange a refund back to your original payment method, if applicable.
