Park Sports is an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) and a growing public sports operator that manages three London venues, including Chiswick, Lammas Park, and Pitshanger Park.
We're actively looking for enthusiastic Leisure Assistants to join our teams at our Chiswick and Lammas Park venues.
Company Background
Park Sports (formerly Will to Win) was established over 25 years ago with the goal of improving accessibility to quality, affordable sporting facilities in many of London’s iconic and beautiful Parks.
With the help and support of key partners including The Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), and by working with local authorities, we’ve been able to achieve that goal.
We welcome all age groups and abilities to our three outdoor sports venues, which now include floodlit tennis courts, padel courts, pickleball courts, football pitches and netball courts.

Park Sports Chiswick is conveniently located next to Chiswick House & Gardens, behind the public car park on the A4. Here you can enjoy ‘pay & play’ tennis and pickleball in a friendly and informal environment. We also offer a tennis and pickleball coaching programme suitable for all abilities and ages.

Lammas Park
'Pay & play' tennis, padel or football on our excellent floodlit courts and choice of 3G 5-a-side and 7-a-side football pitches. Netball can also be block booked. We have an extensive adult and junior sports programme and for those looking to compete we offer tennis, football and netball leagues.

Pitshanger Park
Our Pitshanger Park venue offers 'pay and play' tennis to the local community with a choice of 8 hard tennis courts (4 floodlit). Netball can also be block booked on the courts. Facilities are available year-round, along with an adult and junior coaching programme, introducing children as young as four to tennis.
